Data Deletion
Request deletion of your data
You have the right to delete your personal data from Faciey at any time. Choose either option below — we will confirm within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, display name, bio, and avatar
- All face scans and biometric embeddings you uploaded
- Discovery sessions, scan history, and match results
- All messages and conversations
- Connections, connection requests, and your profile links
- Notifications, device tokens, and activity logs
Option 1
Delete in the app

Open Faciey and go to your Profile tab

Tap the Settings icon in the top right

Select Account → Delete Account

Confirm deletion — your data is permanently removed within 30 days
Option 2
Email us directly
If you no longer have access to your account, email us and we will process the deletion manually using your registered email address.
Send deletion requestWe will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete all deletion within 30 days. Some anonymised, aggregated statistics may be retained for legal compliance but cannot be linked back to you.
